Shipping times
We personally check every order to avoid any overlap. The exams take place during our business hours, these are: Monday to Friday from 9a.m. to 5p.m.
If you send an order request outside of these times, it will be processed at the next possible time.
Order processing time takes 1-2 business days.
National shipping: We ship the goods after receipt of payment within 3-4 days.
International shipping: We don't ship goods to other countries.
FREE Local pickup is available.
Depending on the order volume, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process, we apologise for this. The usual transit times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the shipping service provider.

Return
You can cancel your order within 30 days. As soon as we receive your return, it will be carefully checked. After the inspection, you will receive a refund to the payment method you chose when making the payment. This can take up to 10 days. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
